Eating Naturally with NOW Organic Foods

Product was given to me in order to post my honest opinion.

 

Over the years, I have introduced more and more natural foods and products into my family’s diet. I have enjoyed trying new recipes and experimenting with new ingredients. NOW Foods is a great company to look into if you are looking for a more natural lifestyle. They have a large line of all-natural foods and products.

I’m glad that the weather is cooling down because I get to drink more hot tea! I try to make some every morning so I can drink it on my way to work. All of their teas are organic and fair trade. Did you know that loose leaf teas are actually better for you? Loose leaf teas are made up of handpicked leaves from the first tea buds from the tea plant. It’s then sifted and whatever is left over is what is used in most tea bags.

Mighty Leaf Iced Tea is a Summer Must Have…And Even Better to Have All Year Long

 

I drink tea almost everyday. It is my ultimate drink of choice! I don’t ever drink coffee or soda, and I hardly ever drink juice. I also like my tea unsweetened so I know I am not wasting having too much sugar. Mighty Leaf, a family run company, sent me some tea to try out. Their tea bags are designed to create a half-gallon of iced tea. Mighty Leaf also sent me a Takeya Pitcher to make the tea, as well as a Takeya glass water bottle to take my tea on the go. No need to buy plastic bottles of tea when you can make your own and take it with you.

Mighty Leaf sent me four different teas to try out: Organic Black, Sunburst Green, Ginger Peach, and Calypso Mango.  The  Orgnaic Black tea is South Indian black tea leaves. The Sunburst Green is citrus infused Chinese green tea leaves. The Ginger Peach tea is India black tea leaves with peach and ginger. The Calypso Mango is made with South Indian black tea leaves, with mango and tropical fruit. Their tea is all natural and free of sugars, calories, and artificial flavors. The tea comes in silken Tea Pouches that are hand-stitched with unbleached cotton, without using glue or staples.
