I love handmade soap! In fact I have a whole drawer in my bathroom dedicated to handmade soap! I have a ton, but that doesn’t stop me from buying it!

I first heard about Great Cakes Soapworks earlier last year during a giveaway hop! I made my first purchase and was hooked! Amy, the owner, is so sweet and she makes soaps that smell absolutely amazing! Every soap I have ever gotten from her (about 7 and a grab bag of samples) have smelled exactly like what they are named after or made with!

I currently have Sandalwood Goat Milk soap in my shower! My husband and I both love the mild smell of the soap and we love how sudsy it is even without using a loofah or a washcloth. The goats milk makes the soap so creamy and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized!

Amy’s prices are pretty reasonable too! Most soap bars are $6.50 each with some qualifying for $1 off when you buy 4. A set of 6 Bubble Bath Confections are $6. Lip Butters are $3.50 each or 3 for $10. Lotions and Butters range in price from $5-$16. Amy also offers bug repellant, a sugar foot scrub, facial lotions and more! Also, Amy offers Soap Grab Bags that are full of small samples of different soaps ranging in sizes, at least 8 oz. worth for $6! This is so worth it! I loved all the samples in my bag and I still have one left (pictured above: Orange Eucalyptus). Don’t forget, that as a preferred customer you will get 10% off all purchases.
