When I heard of a company that sold , I was excited to try it out. I was very curious to see what they would taste like, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they mix into pretty much anything and don’t have much of a taste. The first time I used them, I added them to my stir-fry sauce. It seemed like the perfect match, and it truly was. I crumbled the tea leaves into the sauce and then poured the sauce on my tofu and veggies and it gave the sauce texture. I also loved the way the sauce tasted on raw tofu. The tofu was soft and the tea leaves were a little crunchy. I plan on adding the tea leaves to smoothies and creatively into to other dishes.
There is no doubt about it, these tea leaves are good for you. I believe that if you can find something that is healthy and simple, then why not add it into your daily diet. I highly recommend trying this product and don’t be limit yourself with ways to eat your tea.
