I worked with Nature Certified earlier this year and enjoyed using their certified organic products. Nature Certified uses organic ingredients, the same ingredients that will be found in USDA organic food. Their products contain no synthetic preservatives, only vitamin E or the honey suckle flower. They strive to use products that have been used for centuries as natural remedies. For example, Rooibos was used by the Bushman in South Africa, Coconut Oil has been used in Asian countries for centuries and Turmeric is commonly used in India. They also donate 5% of their profits to support children’s rights and their quality of life.
The Founder of Nature Certified, Arushi Sood Joshi, became a first time mom three years ago and realized that there were no skin care products that were “good enough” for her to use on her newborn. Arushi was born and brought up in India and she concocted many natural skin care remedies throughout her childhood and youth with ingredients like yogurt, oils, aloe vera and more. She knew that starting a skincare line would not be a simple task. She had worked in large multinationals and consumer business companies for most of her career, which helped her get her company started. It took 2 years to get Nature Certified on the market! When their products were tested, they found that they were safe for baby, which meant that they were also safe for people of all ages!
I previously tried the Organic Grapeseed Oil, Organic Tangerine Lip Balm, and their All Natural Feminine Wash. I love them all! To read my previous review go HERE. I was sent the unscented All Natural Lotion. It is amazing! The consistency is nice, it rubs in nice and absorbs quickly! The lotion is made with 95% certified organic ingredients and the remaining ingredients are either natural or naturally-derived. This lotion is 100% natural. There are no artificial ingredients, fillers, or harmful substances. The preservative is even natural. The lotion contains organic aloe vera, organic olive oil, organic grapeseed oil, organic coconut oil, and turmeric. The majority ingredient in this lotion is organic Aloe Vera. All three oils are excellent moisturizers. Aloe Vera makes skin soft and supple. Turmeric is known for its antiseptic and healing properties. You can use this lotion on your body as well as your face. This is safe for every person in your family to use.
The ingredients for the All Natural Ingredients are Organic Aloe Leaf Juice, Organic Olive Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Beeswax, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Water, Organic Grapeseed Oil, Honeysuckle Flower Extracts, Xanthan Gum, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Chamomile Extract, Citric Acid, and Organic Turmeric.
I love this company and all their products that I have tried. I appreciate their use of organic ingredients as well as all natural ones. I love the idea that they came up with, that if it is good enough for baby then it is good enough for any age! I also like that they donate 5% of their corporate profits to programs or activities that support children’s rights and quality of life. This is the type of company that I want to support!
