The year of 2015 has not gotten off to a great start in regards to health for my family. It started with my daughter getting a cough around Christmas, which led to my son getting a cough, throw in a couple of colds, the flu, then my husband getting sick, and lastly the bug decided it was my turn! Doesn’t sound fun does it?

Good thing I am into natural remedies, or nature’s medicine, as I like to refer to it. Whenever somebody is sick in my family I immediately turn to my essential oils, homeopathic products, and anything else I can lay my hands on that naturally boost my immune system.

I was excited to try a new product that lined up with my natural remedies. EZC Pak is a 5 day tapered immune support pack with vitamin and mineral-added herbal supplements. EZC stands for Echinacea, Zinc, and Vitamin C. You can learn more about these specific ingredients HERE.

When you start to feel sick, you start taking the EZC Pak supplements. There are two different types of supplements inside: an E capsule and a ZC capsule. You take both at the same time. There is also a well laid out plan on when to take the supplements.

The EZC Pak is an over the counter supplement, ideal for people who are not in need of medication, but still need some help feeling better. This supplement was also created with the desire of decreasing unnecessary prescriptions. Their hope is that doctors will recommend the EZC Pak to their patients who have the common cold or an upper respiratory infection caused by viruses. Antibiotics can only treat bacteria caused illnesses.

As I stated earlier, I had been sick for a while with cold like symptoms. I had congestion, a cough, sinus pressure, and more. I had been using my essential oils daily: rubbing them on my chest and on my sinuses, and diffusing them. While they helped, my immune system was just not where it needed to be in order to fight this thing off. The EZC Pak definitely helped. I knew my body was getting what it needed to build itself back up. I saw results almost immediately and by the time I was done with the 5 days, my congestion was gone! My cough had also minimized. It took me an extra week to completely recover, but I’m not sure where I would be now if I didn’t get the immune support from the EZC Pak.

I appreciate that the product is all natural and easy to take. Using the recommended duration, I was able to make a schedule and stick to it. I wrote it down right on the box and kept it with me for 5 days. The three ingredients are powerful herbs and vitamins that work well together to boost the immune system. I have another package on hand for the next time I start to feel sick. Hopefully it won’t be soon, but I am prepared!

I would like to try this mostly for my boyfriend to use. He has a diabetes and that makes every little illness worse for him. Plus he works full time and can’t really afford to call off of work every time he gets sick.
