Ever since I moved to Santa Barbara, I have been wearing more dresses and skirts. Fresh Produce Clothing carries a wide variety of clothes for women. They have jackets, dresses, skirts, tops, sweaters, pants, and more. Most of their clothing is made right here in California! Fresh Produce employs close to 400 US workers!
Fresh Produce has been creating and selling their clothes for over three decades. Today, Fresh Produce designs, manufactures and markets women’s and children’s clothing that is primarily made in the USA. Their focus on color and style is to allow women to feel comfortable in these everyday clothes. Their coastal-inspired colors and broad assortment of easy-to-wear pieces are flattering and comfortable on all shapes and sizes.
When I was browsing their site, I was impressed by their styles. I like simple designs and Fresh Produce has many simple, beautiful dresses. I chose the Harbor Dress to review. This dress comes in a variety of colors. The dress is made of rayon and spandex, so it is soft and fits well. With an empire waist and a tank built in the top, the relaxed skirt hits below my knee. One of my favorite features of the Harbor Dress is the curved front pockets and of course that it is made in the USA!
I love my new dress! I chose the color Turquoise because I wanted something bright and colorful for summer. The dress fits me well and I like how the dress is loose and not clingy. It is very comfortable and I have a feeling it will be one of my favorite dresses!

I don’t think I saw one thing on their site that I DON’T like! I really like the vintage drape tops with the flaired sleeves. Because I am overweight, I tend to wear things that are too big hoping to hide in there somewhere, but I know it doesn’t work that way, lol.

I usually wear dresses, but mine are really dated. I love the Fresh Produce ones.
OF course it depends on the season. I love to wear jeans during the winter, shorts in the summer, and a combination of jeans, shorts, and dresses during the spring and fall. I live in the deep south so I can actually wear shorts sometimes during the winter.

I love that green striped top you reviewed. I usually wear cotton pants and top around the house during the days and then I will wear some dressy looking slacks of we go out. At home, I’m a jeans and hoodie kind of girl but at work we do business casual and I could definitely use some new work clothes.

I like to wear tunics because they’re dressy without my having to feel self-conscious. Furthermore, they go great with long leggings or skinny jeans and boots (a must for WI winters) or calf-length leggings and adorable sandles or flip-flops.
I am definitely a jeans kinda gal, but I’m starting to fall in love with skirts.

I like to wear black cotton items because stains don’t show up and they wash well together. I also like classic basic pieces so my favorite fresh produce item is the essential cardigan (in plus) because I can wear it as a casual sweater or wear it with a dress for a nice evening out.
