Product was given to me in order to post my honest opinion.

Through my partnership with Barlean’s over the past year, I have learned the importance of taking Omega-3s including: eye, skin, bone, and cardiovascular health. I have enjoyed Barlean’s Swirls which contain Omega-3s and my kids always ask for theirs. I was recently sent their newest addition: Wild & Whole Krill Oil gel caps.

Barlean's Krill Oil ~ Great Source of Omega-3s

Barlean’s Superba® Krill oil is a pure and renewable source from Antarctica. It is 100% unfiltered and unrefined. Superba is the only source of krill that is certified to the rigorous Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) standards to ensure sustainability. The krill is sustainably harvested and well managed. You can watch this short video to see why these tiny gel caps are more readily absorbed by your body than standard fish oil products. The video can explain it better than I can!

Krill Oil is naturally rich in Astaxabthin, which is one of nature’s strongest super-antioxidants. Krill also supplies the brain with an ample amount of DHA, supporting memory and reducing the risk of many diseases such as Alzheimer’s. The gel caps are tiny and they do initially taste fishy, but I have never experienced any fishy after-taste. These gel caps are tiny compared to other Omega-3 supplements I have tried. This is also ideal for those looking to support the structure and function of Cardiovascular health, joint health and PMS relief. I take 2 capsules every morning with a couple other supplements. I used to be terrible at taking “pills” but now they are just a part of my daily routine and I know that I am getting all the nutrients I need every day.

You can buy the Wild & Whole Krill Oil gel caps online in either a 60 or 120 count. While you are there, check out the other products Barlean’s offers, including their Greens.
