Product was given to me in order to post my honest opinion.

I am a sucker for wanting to try new natural products, especially ones that I have never tried before. I have heard of the multiple uses for Black Soap, so I wanted to try it out myself. Dr. Woods Shea Vision Pure Black Soap with Organic Shea Butter is ideal for skin care but can also be used as Shampoo and for general cleaning. Black soap can exfoliate dead skin cells and can help prevent premature facial lines and clear up blemishes.

Dr. Woods Shea Vision Pure Black Soap ~ Ideal for Skin Care

Dr. Woods Black Soap is made with organic Shea Butter which is a moisturizer that penetrates and revitalizes skin.  Shea Butter naturally contains vitamins A and E. These essential elements give skin improved elasticity and prevent dryness. I have been using this to wash my face for over a week and I love the results. I love the way it smells and a little goes a long way. It suds nicely and leaves my face feeling clean and fresh. I look forward to continuing to wash my face with this pure black soap.

Dr. Woods Shea Vision can be purchased  in three sizes: 8 oz., 16 oz. and 32 oz. and in 5 scents: Peppermint, Almond, Tea Tree, Lavender and Baby Mild.

I love herbal products. Moreover this product is made up of “Shea Butter” which give so many benefits to our skin like it moisturizes the skin and makes it soft. I have one more reason for preferring this product that is “Lavender Scent.”

I love Dr. Woods. I use the bar soap and turn it into a liquid soap. The coconut milk one is my favorite but I’ve not tried the black soap yet.

Shea butter is an ivory colored natural fat extracted from seed of the Karite Nut tree, also called the Mangifolia tree, found in the semi-arid savannahs of West and Central Africa. This tree begins to bear fruit after about 15 years, and can take up to 30 years to bear a quality crop of nuts with a high content of irremovable fatty acid. It is this irremovable fatty acid that gives Shea Butter its unique healing properties and makes it far superior to cocoa butter and other vegetable butters.
