Wow! I cannot believe that three months have gone by since I started Shaklee! This last month was the hardest by far. This last month I lost my drive and didn’t push myself. I didn’t lose any weight, but I did lose one inch.

I am still running every morning, but I am not pushing myself to do more exercise. I was happy to not gain any weight back this month, so I am encouraged that if I can do more physical activity, then I can lose more weight. I am still enjoying my shakes, and I am trying out new recipes. I still love my chocolate mix with banana, water and ice. Sometimes I use vanilla mix and add in a small amount of cocoa powder. Other times I add in a little Sun Butter. Yummy! With the weather getting warmer, I find that I prefer shakes for lunch too.

This month, I was sick for a week and when I have sinus issues, I want bread to soothe my stomach and scratch my throat! I definitely had a lot of carbs in one week. I also didn’t follow the Shaklee diet.

My motivation for month 4:

Food journal

Daily checklist for exercise

Continue running!

Overall, I happy that I didn’t gain weight and that I was able to maintain what I have lost. I am also determined to push myself this next month. I don’t want to wait any longer to see changes in my life. There is no better time then the present! I CAN DO THIS!

To date I have lost 7 pounds and 9 inches. Here are my photos:

This is going to be a fun post! I was posed the question, what would I do if I won $1,000,000.

So here it goes:

1) I would buy a home in Santa Barbara. We are moving there this summer for my husband to complete his Doctorate in African Studies. It would be nice to have a house since we are planning on living in on-campus family housing. Santa Barbara is beautiful and it would be great to own a home there.

2) I would pay off all our student loans….boring, but it has to be done!

3) For my husband’s Doctorate program, we will be living in Africa and England for about a year. I would put money towards this overseas adventure so that we could travel all around Europe and Africa as a family. There is so much to see and so many places that it would be nice to visit every place we would like to travel too!

4) To be honest I probabaly wouldn’t work, I would just blog all the time!

5) I would buy an eco-friendly car, maybe an electric one.

6) I would buy organic produce all the time and splurge on more natural and organic products for the house and health/body care.

I could keep going on, but I will stop here! I would be absolutely thrilled to win a ton of money! I can’t even imagine all the things that would be possible with so much money!
