Beat the Bug DIY Rollerball with Essential Oils

My daughter woke up in the middle of the night last night and began throwing up. I know most of you did not want to know that! My day has revolved around taking care of her and trying to help her feel comfortable and better.

Since I have decided to start selling essential oils again, I have been doing a lot research into the benefits of using each oil. Since I had a rollerball on hand, I decided to try and make a diluted, ready to use oil blend. Oregano, Lemon, and protective blend were all suggested to help with easing her stomach. The protective blend is made with 5 different oils (clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus, orange, and rosemary) and smells amazing!

“Beat the Bug” Recipe

10 mL Rollerball

10 drops of Oregano

20 drops of Lemon

15 drops of protective blend (or a few drops of each of the 5 oils)

Fractionated Coconut Oil

Add the drops to the rollerball, then fill the rest of the way with a carrier oil. I used . If you don’t have a rollerball, combine oils in an old essential oil bottle, or other glass bottle with a lid.

I have been rubbing this blend on my daughter’s feet and neck periodically throughout the day. My whole family is now using it as a preventative measure, hoping that we all “Beat the Bug”. My daughter is feeling better and I am so thankful to have oils in my home to help her get over the bug.
