    Just getting over back surgery, so right now I walk a lot, go to Physical Therapy 3 times a week, and do stretches and resistance bands at home. Can’t wait to use the elliptical and bowflex in my home gym again!!

    I walk my daughter back and forth to school each day, as well as doing yoga…but I need to step it up…turning 42 kicked my butt and had me gaining 20 lbs out of thin air…UGH! I just turned 43 and need a huge change…
