Encourage Healthy Eating for Picky Eaters with Pick-Ease {+ a Giveaway} Ends 11/2

I am so grateful that my kids are not that picky of eaters. There are certain things each of children won’t eat, but overall, they try most things. Pick-Ease was created with the idea of making eating time more enjoyable for kids.

Shaped like a “toothpick” Pick-Ease is a new utensil for young kids. Making food fun to pick up encourages kids to eat it, even if they are picky eaters. Pick-Ease comes in variety packs with different colors and designs on the handles.

Pick-Ease was created by Melissa, a mom to two young boys. Her second child became a picky eater so she was putting everything on toothpicks to get his attention. Her picky eater enjoyed eating the small food that was on the toothpicks. Melissa soon realized that other parents were doing the same thing. Pick-Ease was the solution for safe and fun eating.

Life is Naturally Sweet with Mohawk Valley Trading Company

When it comes to baking or making something sweet, I turn to pure maple syrup and raw honey. Mohawk Valley Trading Company specializes in honey, maple syrup, beeswax, and handmade soap. All their products are made in the USA and are all natural, pure, unprocessed, and free of preservatives. I love that the company also carries two of my favorite things: candles and handmade soap!

Pure maple syrup is a staple in my home. Mostly I use it with pancakes and waffles, but more recently I started using it as a sugar substitute in baking. Pure maple syrup from Mohawk Valley Trading Company comes in a glass bottle. It is made out of sugar maple sap which has a sugar content of 2%. Their Grade A pure maple syrup is dark and robust. Extra Light and Grade A typically have the mildest maple flavor. Grade B is very dark with a strong maple flavor. The dark grades of syrup are preferred for cooking and baking.

Natural Laundry Detergents for Eco-Friendly Cleaning

Washing clothes is not the most enjoyable experience, but when I do, I prefer to use natural products. Roux Maison offers a line of highly concentrated and eco-friendly laundry detergents. They offer three different types of detergents: Sport, Essential, and Delicate. They also offer an 8oz Stain Remover. These detergents work in both standard and HE washers.

Dr. Squatch Natural Soap Bars for Men

Natural soap bars are an obsession of mine! I prefer lavender and citrus scents, but I rarely ask my husband what scent he would like. When I saw Dr. Squatch, a line of natural soap bars designed specifically for men, I thought my husband would appreciate trying something new. Their scents are designed with the great outdoors in mind.

I always read ingredients when it comes to soaps and prefer to buy ones made with essential oils. Dr. Squatch makes 3 soap bars that follow this criteria. Pine Tar, Cedar Citrus, and Eucalyptus Greek Yogurt are all made with essential oils and other natural ingredients. These 5 oz bars are $6 each and are unique in their scents.

Vitamin C Serum to Help your Skin Look Young

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

My morning and evening routine for my face never change and are never forgotten. I always wash, tone, and moisturize in the morning. In the evening, I wash, apply eye cream, vitamin C serum, and face cream. I try to keep my skin looking fresh and young.

I have incorporated into my daily routine. Unlike many serums, this serum is not greasy. It isn’t heavy and goes on lite. This is unlike any serum I have ever tried, but I do think it is worth it to add to my routine. Even though I protect my skin with sunscreen, I know sun damage happens. The Vitamin C helps my skin look younger and helps reverse signs of aging.

The serum is not oily and rubs on my skin like water. It has a murky clear color to it. It just takes a couple of drops from the dropper to cover my whole face. There really isn’t a scent either.
