Simply Merino ~ Merino Wool Pajamas for Kids {Review/Sponsor Spotlight} #snugbug

Soft and comfy pajamas make me cozy this time of year. It is really cold right now and once it is bedtime, I just want to curl up in comfy PJ’s and have a sweet sleep. Every night my family has a routine. We go upstairs at 7 and start getting the kids ready for bed. They pick out pajamas, brush their teeth and go to the bathroom. Picking out pajamas is the hardest part! My daughter has recently discovered nightgowns. It makes sense because she loves to wear dresses, so a sleep dress is perfect for the end of the day!

Simply Merino makes sleepwear for kids from merino wool, along with some baby items. Simply Merino is a Canadian company in Vancouver BC and all of their products are sourced and made in New Zealand. Merino Wool is naturally fire resistant. As a natural fabric, the wool breathes so that your child will stay comfortable. The wool will keep your child warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Simply Merino makes different kinds of pajamas including sleepers, sets and gowns. The sets can even be worn as thermals or separately as leggings or under a shirt. Wool is biodegradable, renewable, and requires no pesticides. It wicks away moisture so that your child will stay dry. Also, the wool is very sturdy and will hold up against numerous washings. It doesn’t absorb odors like synthetic materials. My favorite features is that is is static resistant and attracts fewer dust particles and lint.

Heralded by many as nature’s wonder fabric, merino wool has plenty of highly desirable properties that make it an excellent choice for children’s clothes. Made ethically in New Zealand using environmentally safe practices, merino clothing is completely natural and organic – an important consideration in light of the recent scandals over dangerous levels of toxic chemicals in a variety of children’s products ranging from toys to clothes.

I was sent the Sleep Dress in Rose for my daughter. It is so cute! She actually wore it as a dress the other day with leggings! The wool is really soft and not at all scratchy like you might think. I love the simpleness of it and the beauty of the design. My daughter will be 4 in a couple months, which is why I got a 4T. She has room to grow into the dress, but it is still snug so she can wear it now. We both like the Sleep Dress and this will be the go to pajama whenever it is clean! I have a feeling I will need to do the wash more so that she can wear this more often!

Simply Merino offers pajama sets & sleep dresses for kids and gowns & sleepers for infants.

I couldn’t get the site to open. No problem, knowing my granddaughter, the rose sleep dress you chose for your daughter would be perfect. They have similar coloring, so I know it would look good on her. As nice an article of clothing as it is, why not put leggings with it and use it as a dress. They grow so fast, they should get as much wear as they can out of all their clothes.
