I try to eat healthy and live a healthy lifestyle, but I wish that I had a personal coach! Now I can…well, kind of! There is now an app for smartphones powered by Life Supplemented, called WannaBeWell.

The WannaBeWell mobile application from Life…supplemented is a comprehensive wellness resource that aims to educate, activate and motivate those looking to live a healthier life. The approach focuses on three pillars: healthy diet, vitamins and other supplements, and regular exercise.

I downloaded this app to my iPhone and the first thing I had to do was a personalize a Wellness Coach! You get to pick the gender and clothes that your coach wears, so anything that helps you stay motivated! These coaches deliver daily motivational and educational messages to keep you moving towards a healthier lifestyle. You get “Healthy Mission” tasks, as well as  trophies for accomplishing these tasks. You can also explore the Supplement Resource Center, which offers users information about vitamins and other dietary supplements. There are thousands of articles that help users make informed dietary decisions. You can also set reminders to help you remember to take your supplements.

You can also go to lifesupplemented.org for more online resources. I think you should utilize the website along with the app. The website allows you to take a quiz, read their blog and has tons of information about Healthy Diets, Supplements and Exercise.
