Day 5 – Short term goals for the month and why
For the month of June I am going to be attempting a mostly fruit and veggie diet with select grains. I did this last summer and actually lost quite a bit of weight! My goal is to get back to my original weight that I was before I got pregnant and then to lose more weight on top of that. I think it is realistic to say that I can loose 15 pounds this month and keep it off by doing this diet. Hopefully I can stick with it…it is really hard to just eat veggies and fruits, day in and day out. My real problem is not eating bread or pasta and especially dessert! When you give up dessert, you don’t realize how many times you eat it throughout the week. Anyways, my goal is to lose weight this month and stick with my diet.
