Day 4- Meaning behind my blog name
“Brittleby” has just been a name I have used for passwords, emails, etc. for a long time! I guess a family friend used to call me Brittle (my name is Brittney) so I remember when I heard this it just stuck! I actually don’t recall where and when the “by” came into play…
So when I decided to start blogging, it was going to just be for family stuff, so I figured why not continue with the “Brittleby” but I knew I needed something else to go with it. At first I wanted to name my blog Brittleby’s Crafty Corner, and post about craft tutorials or ideas, ect., but decided against it because it sounded to specific and not the exact direction I wanted to go in. So I just shortened it to Brittleby’s Corner and that’s that! I know it doesn’t have a “green” name behind it or share that I am a mom, but I am glad the name is related to who I am.
